We have two new class offerings coming soon to CrossFit Clarksville.
First, we have our MOBILITY CLASS with Coach Kelly Anderson! This class is an opportunity to understand and address the different mobility issues many of us battle everyday. Each class will focus on a particular part of the body and we will learn valuable mobilization and stretching techniques to improve our overall health and help prevent injury. Classes will be capped at 12 people so get signed up to ensure your spot in the class.
Second, we have our WEIGHTLIFTING CLASS with Coach Philip and Coach Tim P. These guys will take you through the paces in an effort to increase your overall strength and improve your Olympic lifting technique. Classes will be capped at 10 people so get signed up so you don’t get left out! ;-)
