At CrossFit Clarksville, safety is our primary concern. If you have prior CrossFit experience and would like to test out of the Foundations Course, let us know. During your first workout our trainers will evaluate both your current fitness level and your knowledge of CrossFit movements and terminology. If you pass the test, you will be allowed to forego the Foundations Course. If for any reason one of the coaches feel as though additional help is needed, we will get you signed up for the next available Foundations Course.

Most beginners start out with 3-4 days per week. It is important to remember – this is a new fitness regimen for you – rest and recovery are just as important to your progress as your time in the gym.
Yes. With appropriate workout modifications from one of our coaches most individuals can continue to work out. It is important to be upfront and honest about your injuries and limitations so your coaches can appropriately scale the WOD for you.

No, you’re not. Every workout is scaled, modified and or adjusted to an individual’s current capacity. People of all fitness levels and backgrounds participate in CrossFit every single day. Not convinced? Stop by the gym and meet some of our athletes!
We understand that time is a rare commodity, but you don’t have to spend hours at the gym to get in shape. Our classes are an hour long. Make the commitment and make a change!
