Warm-up (No Measure)
-first 2 just legs
-next 2 trunk lean back
-add arms for remainder
3 rds 45 sec clock
10 Goblet squats
10 DB bent over rows
30 sec ankle stretch in down dog position
10 air squats
Then 20 reps with athletes at rig upright doing best air squat – hold upright with less ROM when technique begins to fail. If good squat full ROM
Think squat therapy guys.
Then 20 reps back squat with empty barbell.
Back Squat (10, 10, 10, 10, 10)
You are increasing load each round. Won’t need much warm-up prior to since volume is so high! Get to it and BE SAFE!
