The first step in getting started at CFC is to participate in our beginners course which is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of CrossFit. The CFC Foundations Course
- is REQUIRED before you can join a group class at CrossFit Clarksville. *
- is a 1-week program consisting of 3 small group training sessions.
- will provide you with education and coaching on basic movements, nutrition, and intelligent substitution exercises to suit your specific needs.
- will also prepare you for our faster-paced CrossFit Group Classes
After you complete the Foundations Course, you will have one additional week to try out our Group Classes and familiarize yourself with our facility and coaches.
